Maid With the Flaxen Hair {Tag:Rapunzel}

Yato stuck his tongue out at her playfully.

As the two of them reach the entrance to the library Rapunzel sticks one finger to her lips as a playful gesture to be quiet and opens the large oak doors. The library is full of bookshelves that reach the very top of the ceiling. The only other people here seem to be the nine fancifully dressed women who are each tending to a section of the library. "Those are the muses" Rapunzel whispered to Yato as she sat her books on the 'Return Here' rolling shelf. Rapunzel looked around for a moment and then grabbed Yato gently by the sleeve and pulled him around a large section of bookshelves, finally rounding one of them to find a large sitting area that was decorated with beautiful portraits of the gods and goddess and had lavish looking tables and chairs.

Yato let's Rapunzel lead him along. Even though he'd been here longer he hadn't explored the library much.

"Whoa," he murmured.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"I found this little place on accident while looking in the science wing of the library" she said softly "aren't these paintings magnificent?" she asked in awe, looking up at a beautiful painting of Aphrodite.

Yato nodded in agreement, blue eyes scanning the paintings slowly.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"Ah! Here it is!" She said pointing to a painting towards the back of the sitting area "Ares" she read from the plaque below the painting "You were quite... muscle-y in your past life" she smirked. Beyond the incredibly huge muscles, Ares actually looked a lot like Yato with the black hair and the piercing blue eyes.

Yato looked curiously at the portrait. "I think I might have been overdoing the muscles a bit back then," he chuckled.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"I don't know..." Rapunzel replied with a grin "You do look pretty beefy at the moment" she said as she play-punched him in the shoulder.

Yato chuckled. "Oh, I do huh?" He teased.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"Oh yeeeeaaa" she teased "I mean, just look at those big beefy forearms!" she said, raising her shoulders to mimic masculinity and then breaking down into a fit of giggles.

Yato rolled his eyes with a grin. "I'm a right muscle-man," he joked with a wink.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

Rapunzel laughed and continued to look at all of the paintings "It is so weird..." she started, examining them slowly "Did none of our ancestors wear clothes?"

"Maybe they weren't as big a custom back then?" Yato guessed, quirking an eyebrow and chuckling.

Rapunzel frowned lightly, furrowing her eyebrows "Hmmm" she said, still examining "Somehow I wonder how we are anything like our ancestors... I mean you," she glanced at him and grinned "The god of war? You are far too mild mannered" she teased.

"Well, maybe I've gotten more mild mannered after all these years?" Yato replied, grinning slightly.
