Yato wrapped his other hand on the stick, entwining their fingers so they were both securely holding it. "Now what do we do?"

"Okay," she started, glancing over at the open book beside her "we have to each say the words 'Θεά των δέντρων , βρείτε το δρόμο σας προς εμένα. Θεά της νύχτας, παρακαλώ να μου δώσει θέαμα." the words tumbled out of her tongue wildly as if they were of second nature to her "and then we must close our eyes an meditate until the spirit comes out of the tree!" She said with a smile.

Yato squinted at the words for a moment, before hesitantly nodding. "Alright."

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

Rapunzel took a deep breath and focused all of her energy into the words she was about to say "One... two... three" she counted slowly and then began to speak "Θεά των δέντρων , βρείτε το δρόμο σας προς εμένα. Θεά της νύχτας, παρακαλώ να μου δώσει θέαμα."

"Θεά των δέντρων , βρείτε το δρόμο σας προς εμένα. Θεά της νύχτας, παρακαλώ να μου δώσει θέαμα," Yato said with her, closing his blue eyes and letting himself focus on the ritual, for once letting his boundless energy be focused.

The two of them sat there for a moment, their energy building together rapidly, filling the air around them with thick and almost electric waves of energy. A few minutes into the meditation a sudden cracking noise started to happen faintly at first, but then suddenly bursting out into a thunderous crack and the energy dissipated. Rapunzel looked over to the tree and saw that it had been split right in half and a young looking spirit, maybe 12 or 13, floated in between the two halves of the split tree.

Yato eyes flew open at the loud noise, eyes locking onto the spirit in amazement. His mouth hung open slightly.

The young girl's eyes opened and she quickly looked around, surveying her surroundings, before her eyes fell on Rapunzel and Yato. Rapunzel's expression was a mix of absolute shock and excitement "H...hello?" Rapunzel said carefully as the girl looked at them. The girl suddenly took on a frightened posture and Rapunzel stood up slowly, untangling her hands from Yato's. She raised her hands slowly in a gesture that said 'I am not here to hurt you'. The girl stared at Rapunzel, but did not back away "What is your name?" Rapunzel asked sweetly to the small girl "C...Carya" the girl said softly.

Yato hesitantly stood up behind Rapunzel. He was afraid his generally exuberant demeanor would frighten Carya so he stayed silent for now.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"We won't hurt you" Rapunzel lulled the girl softly "Who put you in that tree?" she asked as sweetly as she could muster "D....Dionysus." the girl said, her voice suddenly going from scared to irritated. "Dionysus..." Rapunzel said softly "God of wine..." the young girl suddenly became frighted again "you know him?" she asked fearfully. Rapunzel reined herself back in for a moment and said "No... no sweetie I just know of all the terrible things he did, but he is alive no longer!" she assured, not actually knowing whether or not Dionysus had been reincarnated. The girls eyes suddenly darted to Yato and Rapunzel walked slowly back to him and rested her hand on his arm "This is my friend, Yato" she said softly "he helped me free you from the tree"

Yato nodded, giving the girl a winning smile and a slight wave.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

The young girl finally came down from her spot on the tree and allowed her feet to touch the ground "What... what will I do now? I have been in that tree for so long... What does a free nymph even do.. I-I don't remember" she said softly. Rapunzel smiled at her and walked a little closer "you make the trees grow" she said softly "or the grass, or the flowers, or whatever you want because you are free" Carya smiled at Rapunzel and whispered "Free... at last... may I ask you your name, fine maiden?" Rapunzel's shoulders came down in relief as the girl smiled "My name, is Rapunzel" she replied sweetly "Thank you, Rapunzel" Carya said "Thank you, Yato... because of you, I am free again" as she said this she slowly diapered into a thin mist before dispersing all together when the words were said.

Yato stared in amazement at where the nymph disappeared, a smile slowly overtaking his face. He bounced excitedly up and down. "We freed a nymph!" He said triumphantly.

Rapunzel joined him and screeched with excitement "Oh my gosh we freed a nymph!!" she said, hugging Yato with excitement "We actually did it! Oh thank you, thank you, thank you Yato! I don't know if I could have done it without you!" she said and then let go of him, still bouncing with excitement.

Yato hugged her back, resisting the urge to spin her in the air as she let go of him. "That was so cool! Nymphs are so cute and sweet too, I never knew!"
