A short description of your character:
After all her friends became older but she diddnt she began to assume something wasn't going the way it used to go. Her friends died and she wanted to understand why she diddnt became older. Harley is a fun but crazy person. Shes also very emotional so when shes in a bad mood you better get out of her way. Harley likes to do anything fun and is a huge flirt when she likes that person. But when you make her your enemy you got a big problem. she wont hesitate to shoot a bullet trough your head. she isn't scared of anything and torture wont work. If she would ever die that would be because she laughed herself to death.
