Sandy knocked softly on Eris's door.

Eris rolled her eyes at her desk and took her glasses off, rubbing her temple as she turned to smoke and slithered to the door, opening it quickly "Yes hello?-" she said quickly before realizing who it was "Oh, Mr Sandman. Please come in." She said and walked back to her desk.

Sandy smiled at her and followed her inside. He hopped up with a little difficulty into the chair on the other side of her desk. He could have floated up he realized after the fact.

'There's a significant amount more students in music then last year so I'll need more chairs,' he explained in sign language. It was refreshing to not have to mime everything.

Eris sighed softly and slipped her glasses back on, flipping through pages on her desk until she found the supply request forum "Chairs..." she said skimming through the page "how many more do you need, approximately, Sandman?" she finished as she looked up at him.

'Ten,' he signed at her.

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"Hmm" Eris mumbled, scrolling the numbers down on the sheet of paper "You are quite popular this year, Sandman." She said as she wrote "was there an onslaught of melodic gods this year that I wasn't aware of?" she grinned, looking up at him over her glasses.

Sandy smiled at her and shook his head. 'Probably just more took music at their human schools,' he ventured.

Eris laughed bitterly "Human schools." she said "To think my brothers and sisters were forced to lower themselves equally with humans"

Sandy let out a breath before hesitantly signing, 'Well it's a unique chance for them to experience things differently.'

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

Eris sighed and looked off into space, remembering the days of old "When things were new, when we were all believed in.. and well ALIVE, humans worshiped us, realized we were more powerful than them and treated us accordingly, never letting themselves treat us with equality... but things are different now... the gods are different now. You are all so much more... human." she closed her eyes and sighed again "It is just so... different than it used to be. My brothers and sisters don't even recognize me."

Sandy gave her a sympathetic look. After a moment he signed, 'Well, it's nice to see so many coming back.  Even if things are different now.'

[Mako|Rapunzel|Eris]

"You're probably right" she said, leaning back into her chair "At least we get our families back... even if they are totally different" she trailed off, still remembering her past family.

[Seph|Yato|Sandy|Tooth]

Sandy nodded. 'Thanatos has showed up this year. He's more annoying than I remember.' He rolled his eyes.

Eris's eyes widened and she sat up straight in her chair "Thanatos is here?" She asked urgently. Eris, though she was the patron of the school, was not the one to determine each student's ancestor. The fates were in charge of that. She just read about it in their files, but she hadn't finished getting through this years batch.

Sandy nodded, holding up his hands in a placating fashion and signing quickly, 'His human name is Togami.'
