Just a nerd with her books {Open Rp!}

Jane sat in the coffee shop, sipping her drink quietly while she read one of her many favorite books. Her chestnut brown hair almost covered her face as her blue eyes stayed glued on the page she was reading, you could tell it was her favorite part from all the sticky notes and worn edges on it. Jane was so focused on the book she hadn't noticed someone come to the coffee shop and sit down only a few seats from her, it would be polite of her to say hello and start small talk but she was to into her book and when she finally did snap out of the trance she was nervous on what to say seeing as she was socially awkward and talking to people was not her forte. Jane bit her lip as she searched her brain for small talk ideas, 'I have to make at least one friend.' She kept saying to herself, 'I know I'll give them an interesting fact!' Jane smiled as she looked over to the person. "Did you know that Samsung is a full time weapons manufacturer? So I guess when you go to get the phone on the market you can pick up the latest gun to." Jane said quickly smiling awkwardly and pushing up her reading glasses, 'Oh god what have I done.' She though to herself. "I'm sorry that was...abrupt." Jane apologized, "I'm Jane Porter pleasured to meet you." Jane smiled reaching out her hand for a handshake.

Weiss quickly opened the door to the shop hoping she could escape the madness outside. It wasnt that she diddnt like people but..so many.. She sighed and walked in. As expected it was
Quiet and calm inside. What a relief. She sat down at a table and started thinking. Nobody had talked to her yet and the people who did.. Suddenly someone stood in front of her telling her a fact. Weiss smiled at the girl who felt a bit awkward after telling it. "Im jane" She said and offered her a handshake. "Im weiss" she said and they shaked hands. Weiss closed her eyes. " you gonna love the end of the book you were reading." she opened her eyes. "Omg. Sorry did I just.."

Jane looked at the white haired girl curiously, how did she get her white hair? She questioned to herself while still smiling at the girl. The girl looked familiar and she also wondered whom her ancestor might be, 'Jane you should try actually listening to people whom you want as a friend' she mentally told herself as she chimed into the conversation. "How did you get your hair like that?" Jane asked, "it's simply marvelous." She complimented her trying not to sound awkward as she mentioned her book 'Oh right my book! Now where is it?' Jane thought to herself looking around before finding and pulling it out. "Oh I've read this one 112 times, it's one of my favorites." Jane said recounting the exact number of times she read the book, that's just how she was exact and calculated and she wanted to have more fun.

Weiss smiled at her "Oh im glad you did I diddnt want to spoil it hehe" the girl was a reader how nice. You could see the curiosity in her eyes. Like she wanted to ask her a lot. Finally she burst out a question. "How did you get white hair?" Weiss laughed. "Thanks!" she said after the compliment and shove aside so the girl could sit next to her. "How I got white hair.. Thats a good one. Ive got it since I was little. First I was just blonde but I once get out at night time because I love watching the stars you see. The next day I had white hair. Just like those beautiful stars I saw." weiss said thinking back at that time. She smiled at Jane. "You look a bit familiar did we met before?"

Jane listened to the girls response with awe, she had never heard such a story and was intrigued. Jane thought then that her ancestor must be someone to do with the stars, how fascinating she thought. Jane had no particular stories about herself, she wasn't very spectacular at all only that her ancestor was athena and that she literally knew everything. "That's amazing." Jane said before asking another question. "Who is your ancestor?" Jane asked after Weiss had asked her question, jane didn't think they had met before, in fact she knew they hadn't met before. "No I don't think we have, but maybe our ancestors have a connection?" Jane asked curiously, she always seemed to be connected to certain gods or goddesses more than others.

Weiss smiled "its nothing special my ancestor is asteria" she said. She already liked Jane. She was a kind calming person. Weiss was a bit ashamed ofcourse the girl diddnt know her sometimes she forgot that not everybody could see the future. She had seen a girl like jane in a "dream" before but most of the time she only remembers the faces of people she sees. She thought very Deeply. Janes ancestor should be someone really smart. "How about you?" she asked
