Your Character's power (if unknown just say N/A): she can use star manupulation shes a swordfighter and can use stardust in her attacks. Weiss can see parts of the future from a person when she touch that person or when he/she touches her.
Your character's team (Team Olympia or team Underworld): Olympia
A short description of your character: Weiss doesn't like contact with people because she is afraid for what that persons future is. But what would you do if you make a friend and you see that he/she dies in the future. Thoughts like that get her scared of making friends That's why people often describe her as cold. but when you get to know her she is a really loyal and good friend. She fights for what she believes is right. You can always try to make another future.
